a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account and Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title
- Membership Information: Information you provide when applying for or maintaining TAC membership
- Profile Information: Professional background, goals, interests, and preferences you share with us
- LinkedIn Information: When you authenticate via LinkedIn Connect, we receive your LinkedIn profile information, including your name, profile photo, headline, current position, and other publicly available information
- Conversation Content: Information you share during phone or video conversations with TAC representatives or AI assistants, including Maddie
- Event Information: Registration details, dietary preferences, and other information you provide when registering for TAC events
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us, respond to surveys, or communicate with us through any channel
b. Information Generated Through the Services
- Audio and Video Recordings: We may record phone or video conversations with your consent
- Transcripts: We may generate text transcripts of recorded conversations
- Structured Data: We may extract structured data from your interactions, such as your professional goals, areas of expertise, and connection interests
- Profile Data: We create and maintain profiles based on the information you provide and that we generate through the Services
c. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our Services, including device type, operating system, and browser type
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URL
- Location Data: General location information based on your IP address

- LinkedIn and Other Platforms: Profile information you authorize us to access when you authenticate via third-party platforms
- Other Users: Information about you that other users may provide (e.g., if someone mentions you as a person they'd like to meet)
- Public Sources: Information from publicly available sources relevant to our mission

We will share your name, company, and identifying details with other users or third parties only when you have explicitly consented. For introductions facilitated through our Services, both parties must consent before any identifying information is shared.

We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information about network activity, trends, and interests. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
c. Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, communication platforms, analytics, and AI services. You may opt out of receiving communications from TAC at any time by:

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at maddie@tacoalition.org. Please note that we may retain certain aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be attributed to you personally, and information necessary to comply with legal obligations.
d. Do Not Track
Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain our relationship with you, or as required by law. We may retain aggregated, de-identified data for analytical purposes indefinitely.
6. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Data Transfers
The Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
9. California Privacy Rights
